Loving Louis

Love love love Louis Vuitton's SS2012 collection, debuted in Paris today. Demonstrating everything a Spring/Summer women's collection should be- pastels, floral cut-outs, oh so Stepford Wife but with the right mix of on-trend features like the ubiquitous peter-pan collar and oversize white buttons that bring it back to 2012 as only creative director Marc Jacobs does best. Describing the collection, Jacobs said "After the hardness of Fall, we wanted something gentle and kind, fragile but strong, too". And it is exactly that paradoxical mix of adjectives that makes this collection unique but wearable for the everyday lass.
