The Knitted Short

Winter warmth meets summer style in the form of the Knitted Short this season. The short can be teamed with a cable knit on top but I think mixing textures and combining it with a cotton and jersey top under a shearling (as seen below) or leather jacket works best. Beware however that the thick wool provides potential for the knitted short to be less flattering than a standard tights/shorts combo so team it with a heeled or wedged bootie to give the illusion of a longer and thus slimmer leg.
