WHAT has happened to the gorgeous butter wouldn't melt actress we all loved as innocent Jenny when Gossip Girl first came out?? I'm all for experimentation but this 17 year old has access to more fashion stylists, hairdressers and makeup artists than 99% of the world and when it all comes down to it I can help but wonder, how does her mother let her out like that??
